应用低温热循环技术实现节能降碳

摘要 介绍了低温热循环技术的应用原理,采用有机朗肯循环技术进行处理。分析认为,低温热循环ORC处理系统的运行,明确系统运行过程中低温余热回收利用的关键点,并且总结低温热循环技术应用的实际效果与今后发展方向;有机朗肯循环技术在低温热循环处理中运用具有十分显著的成效,可以实现低温余热的高效回收与利用,旨在通过低温热循环技术实现节能降碳的目标,满足行业发展对于节能减排的要求。 The principle of the application of low-temperature thermal cycling technology was introduced,and organic Rankine cycling technology was used for treatment.Analysis suggests that the operation of the low-temperature thermal cycle ORC treatment system should clarify the key points of low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization during system operation,and summarize the actual effects and future development directions of the application of low-temperature thermal cycle technology;The application of organic Rankine cycle technology in low-temperature thermal cycle treatment has achieved significant results,achieving efficient recovery and utilization of low-temperature waste heat.The aim is to achieve the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction through low-temperature thermal cycle technology,and meet the requirements of industry development for energy conservation and emission reduction.
