装备制造业实现碳达峰碳中和路径研究

Study on Path to Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

装备制造业是国民经济重要支柱产业,装备制造企业数量众多,产品生产过程能源消耗大,在实现国家双碳目标的过程中需要同步实现行业的碳达峰、碳中和目标。装备制造业实现双碳目标存在降碳目标不明确、核查体系不完善等问题,针对上述问题,分地区、分行业提出装备制造业碳排放要求,装备制造企业通过开展低碳规划和设计、应用绿色低碳技术、建立碳排放核查申报制度和体系等措施,实现企业的碳中和目标。

Equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry of national economy,there are a large number of equipment manufacturing enterprises,in the process of realizing the national dual carbon targets,the carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets of the industry should be achieved simultaneously.To achieve dual carbon targets,there are problems in the equipment manufacturing industry,such as unclear carbon reduction target and incomplete carbon verification system,in view of the above problems,this paper proposes to determine the carbon emission requirements of equipment manufacturing industry by region and industry,carry out low-carbon planning and design for enterprises,apply green and low-carbon technologies,and establish carbon emission verification and declaration system and other measures,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel in equipment manufacturing industry to formulate and implement the dual carbon plan.
