Comprehensive Risk Management in Tender Procurement under the Perspective of Supply Chain Management

以供应链全生命周期为视角,通过问卷调查和专题调研,对招标采购风险数据、招标采购相关方在全面风险防控中好的做法,以及需要改进的地方进行收集分析,探索以体系融合、协同共享为抓手,以供应链整体风险管控为目标,一体化统筹,提升供应链协同风险管理能力。

From the perspective of the whole life cycle of the supply chain,through questionnaires and thematic research,we collected and analyzed tender procurement risk data,good practices of tender procurement related parties in comprehensive risk prevention and control,and areas for improvement,and explored the integration and sharing of systems as a grip,with the goal of overall supply chain risk control,integration and coordination,to enhance the collaborative risk management capability of the supply chain.
