摘要
为了解决煤矿供电系统越级跳闸事故,对矿井供电系统防越级跳闸的原理进行分析,确定了矿井供电防越级跳闸系统硬件设计方案,介绍了每个硬件模块,包括电源模块、交流采样模块、人机交互模块、控制器、开关量输入/输出模块、通信模块、存储器扩展模块的选型,并对防越级跳闸的工作原理及工作流程进行设计,有效降低了越级跳闸事故的发生,同时提升了矿井工作人员的作业安全性,为矿井降本增效做出一定的参考。
In order to solve the over-step tripping accident of coal mine power supply system,this paper analyzes the principle of mine power supply system against over-step tripping,determines the hardware design scheme of mine power supply against over-step tripping system,introduces the selection of each hardware module,including power module,AC sampling module,human-machine interaction module,controller,switching input/output module,communication module,memory expansion module,and designs the working principle and workflow of the over-step tripping prevention system.The working principle and workflow of the anti-step trip are designed to effectively reduce the occurrence of over-step trip accidents,while enhancing the operational safety of mine staff and making certain references for mine cost reduction and efficiency increase.
