摘要
为了能够在激烈的制造业市场竞争中生存与发展,制造业企业必须要不断拓展市场,提高企业价值,而提高制造业企业价值最便捷的方法就是并购与制造业企业形成优质协同效应的公司。从制造业企业美的跨国并购库卡的动因出发,以并购后产生的三种协同效应为重要导线,主要通过案例分析法和指标分析法来发现并购中的问题,为制造业企业并购提供对策。
In order to survive and develop in the fierce manufacturing market competition,manufacturing enterprises must continuously expand their markets and increase their enterprise value,and the most convenient way to increase the value of manufacturing enterprises is to merge and acquire companies that form high-quality synergy effects with manufacturing enterprises.Starting from the motivation of the cross-border M&A of KUKA by manufacturing enterprises in the United States,three kinds of synergistic effects generated after the M&A are taken as important leads,mainly through the case study method and index analysis method to find out the problems in the M&A and provide countermeasures for the M&A of manufacturing enterprises.
