摘要
基于工业4.0背景下,化纤产业现代化转型升级势在必行。针对传统化纤厂输送系统中存在的控制器老化、系统不稳定以及数据采集不准确等问题,基于PLC控制器的技术优势,进行了系统的技术改造研究和应用实践,希望通过对化纤输送系统进行技术改造、更新优化系统控制器来提升系统运行稳定性和数据采集的准确性,从而提高化纤输送系统的生产效率和品质稳定性,降低维护成本和停机损失。
Based on the background of Industry 4.0,the modernization and upgrading of chemical fiber industry is inevitable.Based on the technical advantages of PLC controllers,a study on the technical transformation and application practice of the system is conducted to improve the stability of the system and the accuracy of data collection through the technical transformation of the chemical fiber conveying system and the update and optimization of the system controller to improve the production efficiency and quality stability of the chemical fiber conveying system and reduce maintenance.It is hoped that through the technical transformation of the chemical fiber conveying system and the updating and optimization of the system controller,the system operation stability and data collection accuracy can be improved,so as to improve the production efficiency and quality stability of the chemical fiber conveying system and reduce maintenance costs and downtime losses.
