企业产品开发关键技术专利导航分析——以L企业离心泵为例

摘要 以企业产品开发为目标,对L企业离心泵的关键技术开展专利导航分析。与从业专家讨论确定离心泵的二级分支及其检索内容,构建检索式。选择incoPat全球科技分析运营平台为检索工具,采集2022年1月31日前公开的全球专利数据,经专利数据清洗,得到L企业离心泵专利数据集。构建离心泵结构技术树,展现其关键技术体系架构,提炼了改进泵体外壳结构、提升自吸性能、改善多级泵体结构工艺性等三条技术路径,帮助企业识别了口环、轴承等组件上的技术空白点。针对L企业离心泵开发路径,提出对策建议:通过企业技术整合培育增强区域优势,通过政策扶持、企业合作、引进人才等方法加强薄弱环节技术研发,以国外知名企业为赶超对象重点发展永磁同步电机组件。 Aiming at the enterprise product development,patent navigation analysis is carried out for the key technologies covered in the centrifugal pump of L Company.Discussing with experts to determine the secondary branches of the centrifugal pump and its search content,a search formula is built.The incopat global technology analysis and operation platform is selected as the search tool to collect global patent data published before January 31,2022.After the patent data cleaning,the centrifugal pump patent data set of L Company is obtained.A technical tree of the centrifugal pump structure is built to show its key technical system architecture.Three technical paths are refined,including improving the shell structure of the pump body,improving the self-priming performance,and improving the manufacturability of the multi-stage pump body structure.The technical gaps are identify in the components such as the ring and the bearing.Finally,the development path suggestions are put forward:strengthen regional advantages through enterprise technology integration cultivation,strengthen weak link technology research and development through policy support,enterprise cooperation,and talent introduction,and focus on the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor components with foreign well-known enterprises as the catch-up object.
