摘要 为了解决变压器铁芯采用离线诊断方法所存在的诊断效率低、精确性差,无法对变压器故障进行及时预警的不足,提出了一种新的变压器铁芯故障诊断方案,以振动传感器为基础,通过开发变压器振动故障预警系统实现了根据变压器的振动特性对铁芯故障的准确判别。实际应用表明,该基于振动传感器的变压器铁芯故障诊断系统对变压器铁芯故障的诊断准确性达到了98.4%,实现了对变压器铁芯运行状态的实时监测,极大提升了变压器运行的稳定性和可靠性。 In order to solve the deficiencies of low diagnostic efficiency and poor accuracy of off-line diagnostic methods for transformer cores and the inability to provide timely warning of transformer faults,a new transformer core fault diagnostic scheme is proposed,based on vibration sensors,to achieve accurate discrimination of core faults according to the vibration characteristics of transformers by developing a transformer vibration fault warning system.According to the practical application,the accuracy of the vibration sensor-based transformer core fault diagnosis system reaches 98.4%,realizing the real-time monitoring of the transformer core operation status and greatly improving the stability and reliability of the transformer operation.
