风电机组智能巡检架构研究

摘要 我国大部分风电场处于人迹稀少交通不便的偏远山区、海上小岛及戈壁荒漠等偏远地区,必然会存在现场运维难度大、安全作业风险高、故障发现处理时长等问题。因此,结合人工智能技术打造智慧风电场,实现机组智能巡检、智能分析、远程监控等功能,减少人员工作压力、提升工作效率成为当务之急。重点对风电机组智能巡检架构做了初步研究探讨。 Most of China's wind farms are located in remote mountainous areas,offshore islands and remote areas such as the Gobi Desert,where people are scarce and traffic is difficult,and there are bound to be problems such as difficult on-site operation and maintenance,high risk of safety operations and long fault detection and processing times.Therefore,it is imperative to combine artificial intelligence technology to create smart wind farms,realise intelligent inspection,intelligent analysis and remote monitoring of wind turbines,reduce staff pressure and improve work efficiency.This paper focuses on a preliminary study of the intelligent inspection architecture of wind turbines.
