职业教育助推乡村振兴的逻辑机制

摘要 在推动乡村振兴的过程中,职业教育的作用越来越明显,然而当前职业教育推动乡村振兴的逻辑机制并不清晰。为深入探索职业教育与乡村振兴的逻辑关系与作用机制,对布迪厄教育理论及其核心概念进行回顾,基于布迪厄教育理论对当下城乡“二元”格局进行理论阐述,并在此基础上深入探索职业教育助推乡村振兴的内在逻辑和行动逻辑。研究发现乡村职业教育能够改善文化资本造成的代际差距,并能通过对乡村振兴的支撑进一步强化教育“场域”能量。因此,要优化完善“场域”主体结构,增强职业教育“场域”内资本力量,推进“场域”融合,实施多元合作。 In the process of promoting rural revitalization,the vocational education plays an extremely important role.However,the present logical mechanism is not clear for vocational education promoting rural revitalization.In order to have a deep exploration on the logical relationship and interaction mechanism between vocational education and rural revitalization,this paper has a review on Bourdieu's educational theory and its core concepts,elaborates the current urban-rural pattern,and has a profound analysis on the internal logic and action logic for vocational education promoting rural revitalization.According to the research,the rural vocational education can improve the intergenerational differences caused by cultural capital,and further strengthen the energy of education"field"through the support of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is important to optimize and improve the main structure of"field",enhance the capital power in vocational education"field",promote the integration of"field",and implement diversified cooperation.
