摘要
维生素B_(1),又称为硫胺素,是影响脑能量代谢的关键物质。硫胺素的代谢物焦磷酸硫胺素是糖酵解、三羧酸循环及磷酸戊糖旁路的三种关键酶(丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体、α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶复合体和转酮醇酶)的辅因子。脑内硫胺素水平以及硫胺素依赖酶的活性和表达会影响脑内能量代谢,进而影响中枢神经系统的认知功能。补充硫胺素对中枢神经认知功能异常有改善作用。本文对近年来相关的研究进展进行综述,以阐明脑内硫胺素缺乏及硫胺素依赖酶的功能与表达的损伤对中枢认知功能的影响,为脑能量代谢障碍的相关研究提供参考。
Vitamin B_(1),also known as thiamine,is a key substance that affects the brain energy metabolism.Thiamine pyrophosphate,the metabolite of thiamine,is the cofactor of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex,α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex and transketolase,the three key enzymes of glycolysis,tricarboxylic acid cycle and pentose phosphate bypass.The level of thiamine and the activity of thiamine-dependent enzymes affect the energy metabolism in the brain,and then further influence the cognitive function of the central nervous system.Thiamine supplementation can improve the cognitive function of the central nervous system.This article reviewed the recent research progress to clarify the effect of thiamine and thiamine-dependent enzymes on the central cognitive function to provide reference for the study of brain energy metabolism disorders.
