都梁丸指纹图谱的建立及4种成分的含量测定研究

Fingerprint and determination of 4 components of Duliang pills

目的建立都梁丸的指纹图谱及4种成分含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃;检测波长300 nm。结果所建立的10批都梁丸指纹图谱,有16个共有峰;利用对照品指认出11个色谱峰,分别为阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、水合氧化前胡素、白当归素、佛手柑内酯、白当归脑、氧化前胡素、洋川芎内酯A、欧前胡素、藁本内酯、异欧前胡素,相似度均大于0.95;阿魏酸、欧前胡素、洋川芎内酯A、异欧前胡素4种成分含量测定的结果平均值分别为0.0620%、0.1401%、0.3064%、0.0752%。结论本方法简单可行,重复性良好,可用于都梁丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish the fingerprints determine the content of Duliang pills.Methods HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).Acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 300 nm.Results The established fingerprints of 10 batches of Duliang pills had 16 common peaks,and 11 of the chromatographic peaks(ferulic acid,ligustrolide I,oxypeucedanin hydrate,byakangelicin,bergapten,byakangelicol,oxypeucedanin,ligustrolide A,imperatorin,ligustilide and isoimperatorin)were identified by reference samples,with similarity greater than 0.95.The content of ferulic acid,imperatorin,ligustrolide A,and isoimperatorin was 0.0620%,0.1401%,0.3064%,and 0.0752%respectively.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible,which can be used for the quality control of Duliang pills.
