摘要 针对实际电缆带电检测或在线监测场景下的高噪声或强干扰情况,提出了一种基于FPGA的电缆绝缘老化检测系统,通过注入高频特征信号、采集反射信号并提取反射路径数量、强度信息,实现电缆绝缘老化检测、老化类型判断。由于高频特征信号良好的自相关性,所提出的电缆绝缘老化识别算法具有较强的抗噪性能。仿真分析表明,在信噪比-5d B左右时,老化识别准确率可达100%。该方法在Altera公司FPGA芯片中实现,消耗硬件资源小于芯片总资源的15%,实验室测试表明,所设计的系统可以准确识别电缆绝缘老化现象。 Considering the high noise or strong interference in real on-line cable monitoring scenarios,a cable insulation aging detection system based on FPGA is proposed in this paper.After high frequency feature signals are injected into the cable,information such as the number,intensity of reflection paths are extracted from the reflected signal,to realize cable insulation aging detection,aging type judgment.Due to the good auto-correlation performance of the preamble,the proposed cable fault detection algorithm has strong anti noise and interference performance.Simulation shows that identification accuracy of proposed algorithm reaches 100%even in low SNR of-5dB.The method is implemented in ALTERA FPGA Chip,and the consumption of hardware resources is less than 15%of the total chip resources.
