基于STM32的工程机械移动式压力检测系统设计

摘要 工程机械作业过程中受负载大小和方向的变化影响,车身重心和支腿受力状态不断改变,现有压力检测产品使作业人员只能在限定位置查看支腿压力状态。为消除监测盲区,设计一种移动式压力检测系统。系统由主控组件、移动终端和压力传感器组成。首先,划分功能模块,基于STM32单片机设计主控组件和移动终端;其次,利用蓝牙技术实现主控组件和移动终端的无线通信;最终,实现压力数据采集、无线传输、实时显示和安全预警等功能。该系统消除了现有压力显示的区域限制,作业人员可在作业区域的任意位置监测压力和获取报警信息,有效保障了工程机械作业安全。 During construction machinery operation,the center of gravity position and outrigger pressure are constantly changing because of load size and direction.Existing products on pressure detection make the operators check the outrigger pressure at a limited position.A mobile pressure detection system is designed to eliminate the monitoring blind area,which is composed of main control component,mobile terminal and pressure sensors.Firstly,functional modules are divided,main control component and mobile terminal are designed based on STM32.Secondly,wireless communication between the main control component and the mobile terminal is designed by Bluetooth technology.Finally,the functions are realized such as pressure data acquisition,wireless transmission,realtime display and safety prewarning.The system eliminates the limitation of pressure display area,operator can monitor the pressure and obtain the alarm information at any position in the operation area,which effectively guarantees the safety of construction machinery operation.
