“双一流”建设背景下全日制专业学位研究生培养模式改革路径研究——以交通运输工程专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 “双一流”建设背景下,社会对高层次人才需求的数量和质量不断提高,给全日制专业学位研究生培养带来新的挑战和希望。该文首先分析全日制专业学位研究生培养模式的概念,建立包括培养目标、课程体系、实践创新、导师制度和质量评价五个方面的培养模式框架;其次从全日制专业学位研究生与学术学位研究生的区别入手,通过对长安大学汽车学院交通运输工程全日制专业学位研究生进行抽样调查,分析全日制专业学位研究生培养现状及存在问题,发现在课程设置体系、导师制度、实践创新等方面问题较多;针对这些问题,在培养模式框架内构建全日制专业学位研究生培养模式改革路径,并以交通运输工程专业为例提出具体的建议和措施。 Under the background of double first-rate construction,the quantity and quality of social demand for high-level talents are constantly improved,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of full-time professional degree graduates.Firstly,the concept of the training model for full-time professional degree graduate students is analyzed,and a training model framework is established including five aspects and they are training objectives,curriculum system and practical innovation and mentor system and also quality evaluation;secondly,starting from the differences between full-time professional degree graduates and academic graduate students,the status and problems of full-time professional degree graduate training are recognized and analyzed by conducting a sample survey of full-time professional degree graduates of Transportation Engineering in Chang'an University.More problems are recognized in the aspects of curriculum setting system,mentor system,practical application and innovation;thirdly,in view of these problems,the reform path of the cultivation mode of full-time professional degree graduate students is constructed within the framework of the cultivation mode,and the specific suggestions and measures are put forward by taking the major of transportation engineering as an example.
