公共经济学课程思政教学改革实践

课程思政是新时期中国高校思想政治工作的国家战略部署,目前高校课程思政建设已进入全面推行阶段。公共经济学是研究公共部门经济行为及其规律的课程,具有鲜明的现实导向和公共属性,由于其理论根源来自西方,开展课程思政教育实现“去西方化”,对学生开展思想政治教育具有重要意义。公共经济学课程应遵循课程思政建设总体要求,基于其课程性质,结合课程核心内容全面探索课程思政建设路径。该文结合东北大学文法学院研究生课程公共经济理论研讨课程思政建设实践,总结课程设计、思政元素开发、课程实施、课程评价与课程思政创新等方面的实践经验,为课程思政建设背景下的研究生课程改革提供有益参考。

Ideology and Politics Education is the national strategic deployment of ideological and political work in Chinese universities in the new era.At present,the ideological and political education construction of university courses has entered the stage of full implementation.Public Economics is a course that studies the economic behavior of the public sector and its laws.It has a distinct reality orientation and public attributes.Since its theoretical roots come from the West,it can achieve"de-Westernization"through the development of ideological and political education in the curriculum,of great significant of carrying out ideological and political education for students.Public Economics course should follow the general requirements of ideological and political education construction,based on the nature of the course,combined with the core content of the course to comprehensively explore the path of ideological and political education construction.This paper combines the practice of ideological and political education construction of the postgraduate course public economic theory at School of Humanities and Law,Northeastern University,and summarizes the practical experience in curriculum design,ideological and political element development,course implementation,course evaluation and course ideological and political innovation.The practical experiences could offer refence for other postgraduate courses in the context of ideological and political education construction.
