摘要
以“三全育人”为主要特征的“大思政”建设是工科研究生培养的重要内容。然而由于实施时间较短,其“大思政”建设模式尚处于摸索阶段,在育人广度、深度及维度等方面依然面临系列不足与挑战。该文系统总结工科研究生培养中“大思政”建设成效与面临问题,从协同育人机制、全过程培养与跟踪以及德智育人协同等方面探索“大思政”建设策略,最后以中南大学测绘学科为例,介绍其测绘工程专业研究生“大思政”改革的具体举措,以期为其他高校与学科课程思政建设提供必要的借鉴与参考。
The"Great Ideological and Political Course",characterized by the concept of"three complete educations",was one of the most important parts in the engineering postgraduate cultivation in China.Because of the short implementation,however,the development of"Great Ideological and Political Course"remained in primary stage and faced great challenges in the breadth,depth,and dimension of the cultivation.This paper systematically summarized the progresses and questions in the construction of"Great Ideological and Political Course".Then,it explored the strategy in collaborative education,whole process of cultivation and monitoring,and moral education.Finally,it introduced the actions of the geomatics discipline in Central South University,which was expected to provide clues for other universities and disciplines.
