能力本位教学设计课程的内涵与价值

摘要 教学设计能力是体现教师教学创新和教育职业素养的重要方面,高师院校应高度重视师范生教学设计能力的培养。教育能力是教育主体嵌入教育教学实践活动的认知性元素、本质性力量和创造性品质。教师教育的能力本位理念凸显了基于能力、面向能力、历练能力、提升能力的教师专业发展价值观、实践观。能力本位教学设计课程的设计指向基础教育阶段学生核心素养培养,以高师院校师范生专业教学设计能力培养、专业核心素养发展为基本价值取向。高师院校进行能力本位教学设计课程的建设,不仅在实践层面促进师范生职业发展中“专业技能”“核心素养”提升等关键问题的解决,为当下和未来的专业可持续发展奠基,而且从理论上体现师范生的跨学科学习和对不同课程设计取向的有效统整。 Instructional teaching design ability is an important aspect to reflect teachers'teaching innovation and professional quality of education.Normal universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of normal university students'teaching design ability.Educational ability is the essential force and complex integration of educational subject into educational practice.The competency-oriented concept of teacher education highlights the values and practice of teacher professional development which is based on ability-oriented and ability training.The design of competency-based instructional design course should aim at the cultivation of students'key competence in the stage of basic education,and orient the basic value of the cultivation of teaching design ability of normal university students.The construction of competency-based instructional design courses in normal universities not only promotes the solution of the basic problems related to the professional development of normal university students in practice,but also lays a foundation for the high-quality development of the present and future,and theoretically reflects the interdisciplinary and the effective integration of different curriculum design orientations.
