超声造影在腹部脏器病变诊断中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Abdominal Organ Lesions

目的探讨超声造影在腹部脏器病变诊断中的临床应用效果。方法本次研究采用回顾性调查的方式,将本院2021年6月-2022年6月收治的196例腹部脏器病变患者当作研究对象,对全部患者行超声造影检查、手术病理、CT、MRI、穿刺活检检查并对结果进行比较。结果通过研究显示,肝脏病变的142例患者结果同手术病理检查相符合,脾病变6例也均获得正确诊断;在发生肾病变的22例患者中,肾癌患者2例出现误诊情况,被当作血管平滑肌脂肪瘤;子宫病变患者8例中2例被误诊成为炎性,膀胱病变患者4例有膀胱癌患者2例被误诊当作腺性膀胱炎;针对腹腔病变的患者2例实施超声造影检查,临床分析后考虑为胃肠间质瘤,但手术病理检查结果显示为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。结论超声造影检查方法在腹部脏器肾、肝、胰、胆等疾病的诊断中都存在比较高的临床应用价值,具有一定推广价值。

Objective To explore clinical application effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of abdominal organ lesions.Methods The paper carried on retrospective survey with study subjects of 196 patients with abdominal organ lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,treated with contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,surgical pathology,CT,MRI and puncture biopsy examination.Related results were compared.Results Research showed,liver lesions of 142 patients were consistent with surgical pathological examination,and 6 patients with splenic lesions were diagnosed correctly.Among 22 patients with renal lesions,2 patients with renal cancer were misdiagnosed as angiomyolipomas.Among 8 patients with uterine diseases,2 were misdiagnosed as inflammation,and 4 patients with bladder diseases had bladder cancer,2 were misdiagnosed as glandular cystitis;2 patients with abdominal cavity lesions were considered as gastrointestinal stromal tumors after contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination and analysis,and surgical pathological examination and results showed non Hodgkin's lymphoma.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination method has high clinical application value in diagnosis of abdominal organ diseases including kidney,liver,pancreas and gallbladder,which has some certain promotion value.
