门诊患者抗菌药物处方点评及不合理用药研究

Review of Outpatient Antibacterial Drug Prescriptions and Research on Irrational Drug Use

目的探讨门诊抗菌药物治疗患者处方点评方法与不合理用药情况分析。方法抽选2020年1月-2022年5月于灌南县中医院门诊接受抗菌药物治疗的患者80例进行分析,开展处方点评工作,归纳临床常用抗菌药物种类、名称等信息,总结给药途径与联合用药情况,统计不合理用药占比率与具体情况。结果临床较为常用的抗菌药物包括头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、硝基咪唑类等,较为常用的抗菌药物名称包括头孢曲松、克林霉素、阿奇霉素等。给药途径划分为注射给药、口服给药两种方式,其中口服给药占比率高于注射给药;单独用药与二联用药占比率较高。通过处方点评结果显示,80例患者中,不合理用药患者共8例,占比10.00%,不合理用药情况包括无指征给药、频次不当、用法用量不当、联合用药不当、处方书写不当。结论本院门诊患者常用抗菌药物种类较多,开展处方点评工作可及时发现不合理处方,确保患者用药安全,倡导运用推广。

Objective To explore prescription review methods and analysis of irrational drug use in outpatient antibacterial drug treatment.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with antimicrobial treatment in outpatient department of Guannan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 for analysis,evaluated prescription and summarized types and names of commonly used antibacterial drugs in clinical practice,administration routes and combination medication situation,and calculated proportion and specific situation of irrational drug use.Results Commonly used antibiotics in clinic include cephalosporins,macrolides,nitroimidazole,etc.commonly used names of antibiotics include ceftriaxone,clindamycin,azithromycin,etc.Administration routes can be divided into two types:injection and oral administration,with oral administration accounting for higher proportion than injection administration;proportion of monotherapy and combination therapy is relatively high.According to prescription review results,out of 80 patients,there were 8 patients with irrational drug use,accounting for 10.00%.Irrational drug use situations include no indication of medication,improper frequency,improper usage and dosage,improper combination medication,and improper prescription writing.Conclusion There are many types of commonly used antibacterial drugs in outpatient patients of our hospital.Prescription review work can timely detect irrational prescriptions,ensure medication safety of patient,which is worthy of application and promotion.
