摘要
目的研究观察无痛人流术患者应用米索前列醇的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月-2022年10月本院收治的无痛人流术患者120例进行本次实验,按治疗方式将其分为两组,即试验组(米索前列醇)和常规组(手术前未服用药物),每组各60例。比较两组病人的手术指标、满意度、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果试验组丙泊酚用量低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率与常规组相比更低(P<0.05);试验组生活质量与常规组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对无痛人流术患者采用米索前列醇后效果十分理想,对其手术顺利进行具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of misoprostol for patients with painless abortion.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with painless abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 for experiment,and divided them into two groups according to treatment method,namely experimental group(treated with misoprostol)and routine group(without medication before surgery),with 60 cases in each group.Surgical indicators,satisfaction degree,incidence of complications and life quality were compared between two groups.Results Dosage of propofol in experimental group was lower than routine group(P<0.05);complications incidence in experimental group was lower than routine group(P<0.05);life quality in experimental group was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol can achieve ideal effect for patients with painless abortion and is of great significance for smooth progress of the surgery.
