中西医辨证治疗痰浊内阻型胸痹心痛病疗效观察

Clinical Curaitve Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of Patients with Chest Obstruction and Heart Pain Caused by Phlegm Turbidity and Internal Obstruction

目的探讨中西医辨证治疗痰浊内阻型胸痹心痛病患者的临床疗效。方法将2020年1月-2021年12月乳山市中医院收治的104例胸痹心痛病患者随机进行分组,对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组使用中西医辨证治疗,对比临床疗效、中医证候积分、血流变学指标、不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胸痛胸闷、呕吐痰浊、头痛腹胀、肢体困重、气短喘促等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组恶心、头痛、腹泻、面部潮红等不良反应对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论中西医辨证治疗痰浊内阻型胸痹心痛病的临床疗效显著,对缓解症状、降低血液黏稠度等有良好效果。

Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in syndrome differentiation treatment of patients with chest obstruction and heart pain caused by phlegm stagnation and internal obstruction.Methods The paper chose 104 patients with chest arthralgia and heartache admitted to Rushan City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,diagnosed as phlegm turbid internal obstruction syndrome,and divided them into groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and observation group with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation.Clinical effect,TCM syndrome scores,blood rheology indicators and adverse reactions were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group had significantly lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes than control group,including chest pain,chest tightness,vomiting and phlegm turbidity,headache and abdominal distension,limb fatigue,shortness of breath and shortness of breath(P<0.05).Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index in observation group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions including nausea,headache,diarrhea,and facial flushing between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve significant clinical effect for chest obstruction and heart pain caused by phlegm turbidity and internal obstruction,with good effect on alleviating symptoms and reducing blood viscosity.
