中药热熨敷技术在社区签约服务中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Pressing Technology in Community Contract Services

目的探析家庭医生签约服务在社区膝骨关节炎患者治疗中应用中药热熨敷技术的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月南京中医药大学附属江阴医院骨科医护人员进社区履约慢性病管理的膝骨关节炎患者100例作为研究对象,按随机分配原则进行小组分设,一组50例设为参照组,予以双氯芬酸钠乳膏涂擦疗法,另一组50例设为实验组,应用中药热熨敷技术干预。对比两组社区患者干预一个月后患者满意度、膝关节HSS评分。结果干预后实验组患者满意率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者膝关节HSS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后实验组膝关节HSS评分显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨敷技术应用于社区膝骨关节炎患者,疗效显著、可明显改善关节功能,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing technology in treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients in community based on family doctor contract services.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to orthopedic department of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Jiangyin Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 as research objects,with chronic disease management in community,and divided them into groups randomly according to random allocation principle.50 cases in reference group were treated with diclofenac sodium cream therapy,while 50 cases in experimental group intervened with traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing technology.Satisfaction degree and knee HSS scores were compared between two groups of community patients after one month of intervention.Results After intervention,satisfaction degree in experimental group was higher than reference group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in knee joint HSS scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,knee joint HSS scores of experimental group were significantly higher than reference group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing technology can achieve significant curative effect for community knee osteoarthritis patients,improve joint function and increase satisfaction degree of patients significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application.
