半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction for Chronic Superficial Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Damp Heat Type

目的分析半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果,旨意为相关人员研究工作提供参考资料。方法选择脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎196例病患为研究对象。按照治疗法则差异,将患者分为奥美拉唑组(n=98)、中药加减组(n=98)。奥美拉唑组使用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗;中药加减组使用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,分析结果。结果中药加减组治疗有效率优于奥美拉唑组,两组相比(P<0.05);干预后,中药加减组胃痛、胃胀、胃烧灼、纳差、反酸、嗳气中医症状积分低于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05);干预后中药加减组的SOD值高于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05);中药加减组干预后疾病复发率低于奥美拉唑组,Hp清除率高于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。两组病患干预后,未出现不良反应。结论针对脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者来讲,为其使用半夏泻心汤加减治疗疾病能减少疾病复发率、症状积分,增加Hp清除率以及疾病治疗有效率,改善SOD值。建议推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction for chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness heat type,and provide reference materials for research of relevant staff.Methods The paper chose 196 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness heat type as research objects,and divided them into omeprazole group(n=98)and traditional Chinese medicine plus or minus group(n=98)according to treatment difference.Omeprazole group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated tablets;modified Chinese medicine group with modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction.Related results were analyzed.Results Effective rate of treatment in Chinese herbal medicine plus or minus group was 97.96%,while that of omeprazole group was 82.65%.Comparison between two groups showed P<0.05.After intervention,TCM symptom scores of stomach pain,bloating,gastric burning,poor appetite,acid reflux,and belching in Chinese medicine plus or minus group were lower than omeprazole group(P<0.05).After intervention,SOD value of Chinese medicine plus or minus group was higher than omeprazole group(P<0.05).After intervention,disease recurrence rate in Chinese medicine plus or minus group was lower than omeprazole group,Hp clearance rate was higher than omeprazole group(P<0.05).After intervention,there were no adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction can reduce disease recurrence rate,symptom scores,increase Hp clearance rate and disease treatment effect,and improve SOD value of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness heat type,which is worthy of promotion.
