不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用研究

Application Research of Different Nursing Interventions for Cerebral Thrombosis Patients

目的探讨不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用价值。方法随机抽取2019年1月-2020年1月本院收治的100例脑血栓患者,随机分组成对照组和观察组,每组各50例,两组均给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取全面护理,对比两组护理指标变化及术后治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的ADL评分、依从性评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面护理模式在脑血栓疾病护理工作中有良好的效果,可有效改善康复治愈指标,提高患者满意度,缩短患者的住院时间,降低其不良反应发生率,提升患者的依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值,建议进行推广。

Objective To explore application of different nursing interventions for cerebral thrombosis patients.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sodium ozagrel,while control group with routine nursing and observation group with comprehensive nursing.Changes in nursing indicators and postoperative treatment effect between two groups were compared.Results Clinical treatment effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).ADL scores and compliance scores of observation group were higher than control group,length of stay was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model can achieve good nursing effect for cerebral thrombosis disease,can improve rehabilitation and cure indicators effectively,increase satisfaction degree of patients,shorten length of stay,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,and enhance compliance of patients,which has high clinical application value and is recommended to promote.
