《中国制造2025》背景下中德合作办学的路径反思及发展策略 被引量:1

摘要 《中国制造2025》的印发及其与德国“工业4.0”之间的合作,对中德合作办学的发展提出了新的要求。作为中德两国在教育领域的深度合作形式,中德合作办学为《中国制造2025》提供了多层次人才培养平台。在《中国制造2025》背景下,中德合作办学路径之困在于招生规模小、办学层次单一、学科设置不合理、一流高校参办积极性低等问题。基于《中国制造2025》的现实需要以及面向《中国制造2035》的未来需要,中德合作办学必须制定科学的发展策略,在扩大招生规模的同时,构建专、本、硕、博等四级人才结构,吸引中德双方制造业一流高校参与办学,并对德国制造业优质教育资源进行充分引进与合理吸收。 The issuance of Made in China 2025 and its cooperation with Germany's"Industry 4.O"have put forward new require-ments for the development of Sino-German cooperative education.As a form of in-depth Sino-German cooperation in the field of ed-ucation,Sino-German cooperative education provides a multi-level talent training platform for Made in China 2025.In the context of Made in China 2025,the difficulties of Sino-German cooperative education lie in the small scale of enrollment,the single level of run-ning schools,the unreasonable discipline setting,and the low enthusiasm of the first-class universities to participate in running schools.Based on the actual needs of Made in China 2025 and the future needs of Made in China 2035,Sino-German cooperative edu-cation must formulate a scientific development strategy,while expanding the enrollment scale,we should also build a four-level talent structure of college,undergraduate,master and doctor,so as to attract the first-class manufacturing universities from both China and Germany to participate in running schools,and to fully introduce and reasonably absorb the high-quality educational resources of Ger-man manufacturingindustry.
