高校思政课教师职业认同感生发机理探析 被引量:2

摘要 高校思政课教师职业认同,就是高校思政课教师在以高校思政课教师职业为载体的交往实践中生成的对高校思政课教师职业的一种积极的态度、信念与行为。基于马克思“现实的人”向度,提出高校思政课教师职业认同感生发的外生保健机理、内生发展机理、价值激励机理。外生保健机理聚焦满足生存等需要的工资待遇、国家政策,契合高校思政课教师职业认同感生发的现实;内生发展机理聚焦满足主体发展需要的学科信仰、职业能力,契合高校思政课教师职业认同感生发的内在条件;价值激励机理聚焦满足实现崇高理想需要的职业价值感、教研成就感,契合高校思政课教师职业认同感生发的心理。三者在高校思政课教师职业实践中形成辩证发展的有机统一体。 The professional identity of ideological and political teachers in university refers to a kind of positive attitude,belief and behavior that is generated in the communication practice taking place in the ideological and political class.Based on Marx's"Person in Reality"perspective,this paper puts forward the exogenous protection mechanism,endogenous development mechanism and value-motivated mechanism for ideological and political teachers in university.The mechanism of exogenous protection focuses on wages and national policies to meet the needs of existence of them,depending on reality teachers facing.The endogenous development mecha-nism,as an internal condition,focuses on the discipline belief and professional ability that satisfies the development needs of them.The value-motivated mechanism focuses on professional value and achievement of teaching,which is beneficial for the psychological development of them.To sum up,the three form an organic unity in a dialectical way in the teachers'career practice.
