基于行动者网络的高校国家安全教育课程协同建设路径探析

Coordinated Construction of National Security Education Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on the Actor Network Theory

当前国际秩序发生巨大变化,我国国家安全面临严峻挑战,推动高校的国家安全教育是维护我国国家安全的重要战略。在国家安全教育体系中,高校国家安全教育课程的协同建设,要放到更宏大的教育体系和国家安全事业中,行动者网络理论为国家安全教育课程建设提供了理论框架。教育主管部门和高校通过组织嵌入、政策扶持、平台搭建等为国家安全教育课程行动者网络的构建提供了基础,行动者为形成利益共同体的共生发展状态,需要通过“制度赋权”“理论建设”“共进增能”“实践改革”来提升多主体协同建设能力,推动行动者网络协同构建。

At present,the international order has undergone tremendous changes,and China's national security is facing severe challenges.Promoting national security education in colleges and universities is an important strategy for safeguarding China's national security.In the national security education system,the coordinated construction of national security education courses in colleges and universities should be placed in the grander education system and national security undertakings,and the actor network theory provides a theoretical framework for the construction of national security education courses.Education authorities and colleges and universities provide a foundation for the construction of a network of actors in national security education curriculum through organizational embed-ding,policy support,and plaform construction,and in order to form a symbiotic development state of a community of interests,actors need to enhance the ability of multi-subject collaborative construction through"institutional empowerment","common progress and energy increase"and"practical reform",and promote the coordinated construction of the actor network.
