贵阳中华路街区步行环境品质提升策略研究

Study on the strategy of improving the quality of pedestrian environment in Zhonghua Road Block of Guiyang

在城市“增量建设”转向“城市双修”和“存量更新”的发展背景下,城市空间优化成为学界重要研究方向。贵阳作为西南旅游城市的中心节点,提升其中心街区的环境品质至关重要。基于城市更新的理论基础上,以贵阳城市中心主轴线的中华路街道片区为研究对象,通过对贵阳中华路步行街区进行实地调研,从步行交通、建筑立面、绿化休闲设施、市政卫生等四个方面定性分析存在的问题,最后针对如何提升贵阳街道风貌、创建安全整洁、绿色品质、管理规范的街道提出规划策略。

Under the background of urban"incremental construction"turning to"urban double repair"and"stock renewal",urban space optimization and high-quality development have become an important direction.It is very important for Guiyang to improve the CBD environmental quality as the central node of Southwest tourism city.As the main axis of Guiyang,Zhonghua Road is the most important block representing the urban style.Based on the urban renewal theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems from four aspects:pedestrian traffic,building facade,greening and leisure facilities and municipal administration.Finally,it puts forward planning strategies for creating safe streets,clean streets and green streets.
