痰热清联合抗生素治疗肺结核并发感染的临床价值

Clinical value of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by infection

目的 探讨痰热清联合抗生素治疗肺结核并发感染患者的临床价值。方法 92例肺结核并发感染患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组应用抗生素+痰热清治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳痰咳嗽、湿啰音消失时间分别为(2.45±0.57)、(3.51±1.42)、(4.97±1.55)d,均短于对照组的(4.19±1.63)、(4.83±2.16)、(6.26±2.41)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.52%与对照组的8.70%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用痰热清联合抗生素治疗肺结核并发感染患者效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,不良反应少。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by infection.Methods A total of 92 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with antibiotics and Tanreqing.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.65%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,sputum,cough and wet rales in the observation group were(2.45±0.57),(3.51±1.42)and(4.97±1.55)d,which were shorter than that those of(4.19±1.63),(4.83±2.16)and(6.26±2.41)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 8.70%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated by infection is effective,and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions.
