基于PASS临床药学管理系统的处方点评模式对门急诊儿科抗菌药物使用的干预效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨基于合理用药监测系统(PASS)临床药学管理系统的处方点评模式对门急诊儿科抗菌药物使用的干预效果。方法 选取2500张未应用PASS临床药学管理系统的处方点评的处方作为对照组,另选取2500张应用基于PASS临床药学管理系统的处方点评的处方作为研究组。比较两组抗菌药物使用不合理情况,抗菌药物使用不合理类型,抗菌药物使用不合理的联合用药情况。结果 研究组的抗菌药物使用不合理率3.20%显著低于对照组的12.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组抗菌药物用法用量不合理率0.80%、适应证不合理率0.80%、药品剂型和给药途径不合理率0.80%均显著低于对照组的3.20%、2.80%、4.80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组抗菌药物用药配伍不合理率、遴选药品不合理率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的Ⅰ联、Ⅱ联、Ⅲ联、Ⅲ联以上抗菌药物使用不合理率分别为1.82%、5.00%、3.60%、2.00%,均显著低于对照组的10.00%、14.71%、13.67%、8.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用基于PASS临床药学管理系统的处方点评模式可降低门急诊儿科抗菌药物使用不合格率,促进抗菌药物合理使用。 Objective To discuss the intervention effect of prescription review model based on Prescription Automatic Screenings System(PASS)clinical pharmacy management system on antimicrobial drug use in outpatient and emergency pediatric departments.Methods 2500 prescriptions that did not apply the prescription review based on PASS clinical pharmacy management system were selected as the control group,and 2500 prescriptions that applied the prescription review based on the PASS clinical pharmacy management system were selected as the research group.The irrational use of antimicrobial drugs,the irrational type of antimicrobial drugs and the irrational combination of antimicrobial drugs were compared between the two groups.Results The irrational rate of antimicrobial drug use was 3.20%in the research group,which was significantly lower than that of 12.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the research group,the irrational rate of antimicrobial drug usage and dosage was 0.80%,the irrational rate of indication was 0.80%,and the irrational rate of drug dosage and administration route was 0.80%,which were significantly lower than those of 3.20%,2.80%and 4.80%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the irrational rate of combination of antimicrobial drugs and the irrational rate of selected drugs between the two groups(P>0.05).Irrational rates ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅢ+combination of antibiotic use in the research group were 1.82%,5.00%,3.60%and 2.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 10.00%,14.71%,13.67%and 8.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The irrational rates of antimicrobial drug use in the research group were 1.82%,5.00%,3.60%,and 2.00%forⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅢ+combination,which were significantly lower than those of 10.00%,14.71%,13.67%,and 8.33%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of a prescription review model based on the PASS clinical pharmacy management system can reduce the failure rate of antimicrobial drug use in outpatient and emergency pediatric departments and promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
