综合康复训练对肋骨骨折患者的临床意义分析

Analysis of the clinical significance of comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with rib fracture

目的 分析综合康复训练对肋骨骨折患者的临床意义。方法 60例肋骨骨折患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组进行常规康复,试验组在对照组的基础上进行综合康复训练。比较两组临床相关评分、疗效。结果 试验组第1、2周的排痰评分分别为(3.50±0.21)、(4.40±0.32)分,均高于对照组的(2.80±0.18)、(3.90±0.31)分,焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为(35.50±3.71)、(28.46±2.36)分,低于对照组的(41.50±2.70)、(39.06±3.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肋骨复位效果优良率为90.00%,高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复训练指导对肋骨骨折康复效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with rib fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with rib fracture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,and the experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation training based on the control group.The clinically relevant score and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The sputum expulsion scores were(3.50±0.21)and(4.40±0.32)points in the experimental group at week 1 and 2,which were higher than those of(2.80±0.18)and(3.90±0.31)points in the control group;the scores of anxiety and depression were(35.50±3.71)and(28.46±2.36)points in the experimental group,which were lower than those of(41.50±2.70)and(39.06±3.39)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of rib reduction in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training guidance has remarkable effect on the rehabilitation of rib fracture and is worth popularizing.
