基于AHP熵权法与物元可拓模型的海绵城市绩效评价——以青岛市为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国海绵城市建设绩效评价尚处于起步阶段,亟需构建科学合理的指标体系和评价模型。首先,通过梳理国内外文献,构建了水生态、水环境、水资源与水安全在内的4个准则层,年径流总量控制率等12个评价指标的评价体系。其次,通过组合赋权模型对AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)法和熵权法两种单一赋权方法进行组合,结合物元可拓模型建立适应我国海绵城市绩效评价的指标体系。最后以青岛市为研究对象进行了实例分析,因地制宜构建了海绵城市建设绩效评价模型,科学评估建设成效并分析其现存问题,为衡量海绵城市建设成果提供了新的方法与工具。 It is necessary to construct scientific and reasonable index system and evaluation model for sponge city construction in its initial stage.Firstly,by combing domestic and foreign literature,an evaluation system of 12 evaluation indicators including water ecology,water environment,water resources and water security was constructed,and the annual total runoff control rate was also established.Secondly,the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method and entropy weight method of two single empowerment methods were combined by combining the combination empowerment model,combining the matter element extension model to establish an index system suitable for sponge city performance evaluation in our country.Finally,Qingdao City,was taken as the research object to conduct an example analysis,and a sponge city construction performance evaluation model was constructed according to local conditions,which scientifically evaluated the construction achievements and analyzed the existing problems,providing a new method and tool for measuring the sponge city construction achievements.
