长江经济带农业经济发展与生态环境耦合效率研究

The Study on Coupling Efficiency of Agricultural Economic Development and Ecological Environment in Yangtze River Economic Belt

基于2012—2019年长江经济带11个省份的相关面板数据,采用三阶段DEA模型对农业经济和生态环境的耦合效率进行测度并探究其省域差异。结果表明:长江经济带整体耦合效率处于中等偏上的水平。外部环境因素会显著影响耦合效率,其中城镇化水平和工业发展水平的提高会制约耦合效率的增长,教育水平的提高有利于耦合效率的提升。对比是否剔除环境因素可知,长江经济带耦合效率主要受纯技术效率的掣肘,需要进一步提高农业技术、推动农业新型技术的研发与推广、加快制度和技术的创新,以促进耦合效率提升。调整后,耦合效率有所提高,其中有6个省份的纯技术效率和规模效率都较高,其余的5个省份在不同方面有不同程度的提高空间。

Based on the relevant panel data of 11 provinces or municipalities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2019,a three-stage DEA model was used to measure the coupling efficiency of agricultural economy and ecological environment and explore the differences among provinces or municipalities.The results show that the overall coupling efficiency of YREB is above medium level.The external environmental factors will significantly affect the coupling efficiency,among which the improvement of urbanization level and industrial development level will restrict the growth of coupling efficiency,and the improvement of education level is conducive to the increase of coupling efficiency.It can be seen from the comparison whether environmental factors are excluded that the coupling efficiency of the YREB is mainly limited by pure technical efficiency.It is necessary to further improve agricultural technology,promote the research and development and promotion of new agricultural technologies,and accelerate the innovation of institutions and technologies to promote the improvement of coupling efficiency.After adjustment,the coupling efficiency is improved,among which 6 provinces or municipalities have high pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the remaining 5 provinces or municipalities need to be improved in different degrees in different aspects.
