京津冀地区畜牧业绿色发展与效率水平耦合协同关系研究

Coupling and Synergy Analysis of Green Development and Efficiency Level of Animal Husbandry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area

畜牧业作为京津冀地区的重要产业,实现其绿色高效协同发展非常重要和紧迫。论文运用耦合协调度模型、空间滞后模型等对其绿色发展与效率水平耦合协同程度及收敛性进行测度并剖析原因,研究结论为:(1)京津冀地区畜牧业绿色发展指数平均值为1.51,全要素生产率平均值为0.632,均逐年上升,但二者偏离度呈现上升和下降的趋势。(2)京津冀地区畜牧业绿色发展与效率水平协同指数总体为勉强协调状态,阶段增速加快,但其绿色发展水平明显滞后。(3)京津冀地区畜牧业绿色发展与效率水平协同指数α收敛特征明显,主要在于效率水平收敛拉动;β收敛特征不明显,主要在于绿色发展指数β收敛效应不明显。基于以上结论,提出加强绿色生产模式协同、数字等技术的应用、绿色产品开发,进行制度、金融工具创新等建议推进京津冀地区畜牧业高质量协同发展。

As an important industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,animal husbandry is very important and urgent to achieve green and efficient coordinated development.The paper mainly uses the coupling coordination degree model and spatial lag model to measure the coupling coordination level and convergence of green development and efficiency,and analyzes the reasons.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The average green development level of animal husbandry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is 1.51 and the average efficiency is 0.632,both of which are increasing year by year,but the deviation between them shows an upward and downward trend.(2)The synergy index of green development and efficiency level of animal husbandry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is generally in a barely coordinated state,and the stage growth rate is accelerated,but its green development level lags behind obviously.(3)Synergy index of green development and efficiency level of animal husbandryαconvergence characteristic is obvious,which mainly lies in the convergence and pull of efficiency level;βconvergence characteristics are not obvious,mainly because the convergence effect of green development index is not obvious.Based on the above conclusions,it is proposed to strengthen the cooperation of green production mode,the application of digital technology,the development of green products,and the innovation of systems and financial tools to promote the high-quality development collaboration of animal husbandry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
