摘要
在固体火箭冲压发动机地面试验中,来流的氧含量决定了固体火箭冲压发动机的燃烧效率,采用直接加热方式的来流,其氧含量随着补氧量的变化而变化。为确保补氧后进入发动机的来流氧含量与空气中的相同,须建立一套在线式氧含量监测系统。根据地面试验中进入发动机的气体组分、氧含量测量范围及工艺要求等,选用由上海昶艾电子科技有限公司设计的CI-XT6101A在线气体分析系统。从取样管路、样气处理设备、氧分析仪及其标定等方面对系统组成进行了简要介绍,并通过连管模拟试验系统验证了CI-XT6101A在线气体分析系统的有效性和可靠性。该系统对更好地支持固冲发动机的优化设计具有积极作用。
The oxygen content of the incoming flow in solid ramjet ground experiment directly determines the com-bustion efficiency of solid ramjet,and the oxygen content of the direct heating flow changes with the supplemental oxy-gen.In order to ensure that the incoming flow oxygen content into the engine after oxygen replenishment is the same as that in the air,a set of online oxygen content monitoring system should be established.According to the characteristics of the gas components in the ground test,the measuring range of oxygen concentration and the technological requirements,the CI-XT6101A online gas analysis system designed by Shanghai CHANG-AI electronic technology Co.,Ltd.is used in this paper.It briefly introduces system composition including the sampling pipeline,gas sample processing equipment,oxygen ananlyzer and its calibration,and verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the online gas analysis system through the pipeline simulation experiment system of solid ramjet.It plays a positive role in better supporting the optimization de-sign of solid ramjet.
