手术室优质干预对肺癌手术患者负性情绪、应激反应、舒适度和生活质量的影响

Effect of high-quality intervention in the operating room on negative emotion,stress reaction,comfort,and quality of life in lung cancer surgery patients

目的 探讨手术室优质干预对肺癌手术患者负性情绪、应激反应、舒适度和生活质量的影响.方法 依据干预方式的不同将112例肺癌患者分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者给予手术室优质干预.比较两组患者负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、应激反应指标(心率、收缩压、舒张压)、舒适度[舒适状况量表(GCQ)]、生活质量[诺丁汉健康调查表(NHP)]和并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于本组干预前,NHP、GCQ量表各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,NHP、GCQ量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,两组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压均高于本组干预前,但观察组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率为7.14%,低于对照组患者的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 肺癌患者手术室予以优质干预可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,降低机体应激反应,提高舒适度和生活质量,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To explore the impact of high-quality intervention in the operating room on negative emotion,stress reaction,comfort,and quality of life in lung cancer surgery patients.Method A total of 112 lung cancer patients were divided into observation group and control group based on different intervention methods,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received high-quality intervention in the operating room.Compared negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)],stress response indicators(heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure),comfort status[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)],quality of life[Nottingham healthy profile(NHP)],and incidence of complications between two groups.Result After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the scores of all dimensions of the NHP and GCQ scale were higher than those before the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of the NHP and GCQ scale were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,but the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%,lower than 21.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality intervention in the operating room of lung cancer patients can effectively alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the body’s stress response,improve comfort and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
