摘要
本文通过分析研究,利用MOS管电阻体积小、稳定性好的特点,设计一种基于MOS管电阻的直流焊机校准装置,采用大功率风冷模式降温和连接线接入的方式,有效提高焊接电流、焊接电压校准精度。同时,对样机主要测量参数进行不确定度分析。结果表明:样机准确度等级可达0.1级,满足直流焊机校准要求。
Through analysis and research,this paper designs a DC welding machine calibration device based on MOS tube resistance by taking advantage of the characteristics of small volume and good stability of MOS tube re-sistance,which uses high-power air-cooling mode cooling and connecting line access to effectively improve the calibration accuracy of welding current and welding voltage.At the same time,the uncertainty analysis of the main measurement parameters of the prototype is carried out.The results show that the accuracy level of the prototype can reach 0.1 level,which meets the calibration requirements of the DC welder.
