摘要
叶绿素a的浓度作为浮游植物现存量的重要指标,对实时监测水体的初级生产力和富营养化水平尤为重要。利用荧光法测量叶绿素a的浓度,是基于藻类对荧光的特异性响应。本文使用荧光法叶绿素a电极,结合具有荧光效应的罗丹明B,模拟叶绿素a,研究罗丹明B对荧光法叶绿素a电极的响应。实验表明:罗丹明B能很好地反映被测电极的线性、重复性、稳定性等重要指标,为荧光法叶绿素a在线设备的计量测试提供了很好的参考。
As an important indicator of phytoplankton,the concentration of chlorophyll a is especially important for real-time monitoring of primary productivity and eutrophication.The measurement of chlorophyll a concentration by fluorescence method is based on the specific response of algae to fluorescence.In this paper,the response of Rhoda-mine B to fluorescence chlorophyll a electrode is studied by using fluorescence chlorophyll a electrode combined with Rhodamine B with fluorescence effect to simulate chlorophyll a.The experiments show that Rhodamine B can respond well to the linearity,repeatability,and stability of the measured electrode,which provides a good reference for on-line measurement of chlorophyll a by fluorescence method.
