滨海盐碱地不同衰退程度刺槐光合作用变化特征

The Characteristics of Photosynthetic Variations of Different Decline Degree Black Locust on Coastal Saline-alkli Soil

以滨海盐碱地37a不同衰退程度刺槐林为研究对象,测定了不同衰退程度刺槐个体叶片的光响应曲线和光合日变化特征。结果表明,叶片光合速率和最大光合速率随刺槐个体衰退程度增加而降低;不同衰退程度刺槐个体叶片光合速率日变化曲线、蒸腾速率日变化曲线表现为单峰曲线,单叶水分利用效率随衰退程度增加而降低;通过光合速率与环境因子相关性分析,分析出光合速率与因子间的数量关系的多元线性方程,结果表明,刺槐个体的衰退主要受光合速率的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_(2)浓度等内在因子影响。

The characteristics of Photosynthetic variation of different decline degree trees were studied on coastal saline-alkali area by measuring 37a black locust.The result showed that the net photosynthetic rate and maximum rate declined following the decline rate.The Diurnal Variations and transpiration exhibited one peak cuves.The multivariate equations were stimulated through regression analysis,the result showed the decline degree influenced importantly in t the net photosynthetic rate by transpiration rate stoma conductance and intercellular CO_(2) concentration.
