摘要
为揭示青檀半同胞家系果实变异规律,本研究以青檀同质圃内5种源40个半同胞家系果实为试验材料,测定其11个表型性状,采用巢氏设计(方差)分析、相关性分析、主成分分析等方法分析表明,11个性状的变异系数幅度为12.35%~22.30%;表型分化系数在81.07%~97.49%之间,种源间的变异是青檀果实表型变异的主要来源;11个性状间多呈极显著正相关;综合评价显示,‘QTS505’果实综合得分最高,其次为‘QTS708’,‘QTS602’果实综合得分最低。40个青檀半同胞家系在种源间和种源内家系间均存在丰富的表型变异,为青檀种质资源的开发利用提供重要参考。
To study the regularity of variation in the fruits of half sib families of P.tatarinowii,Using 40 half sib families from 5 provenances as experimental materials,and 11 phenotypic traits were measured.Nest design(ANOVA)analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 12.35%to 22.30%for 11 traits;the phenotypic differentiation coefficients of 11 phenotypic traits of P.tatarinowii ranged from 81.07%to 97.49%,the variation among provenances was the main source of phenotypic variation in P.tatarinowii fruit;there is a highly significant positive correlation between multiple traits of 11 traits.The omprehensive evaluation found that,in terms of fruit size,‘QTS505’performed best,followed by‘QTS708’,and‘QTS602’performed worst.There are abundant phenotypic variations among 40 half sib families of P.tatarinowii from 5 provenances in Shandong Province,and which providing important reference for the future development and utilization of P.tatarinowii germplasm resources.
