摘要
对赣南杉木1代种子园子代测定林45个半同胞家系、扦插无性系苗(CK1)、1代混系(CK2)和3代混系(CK3)进行研究。结果表明:参试家系的树高、胸径和材积均存在极显著差异,且各生长性状间存在较大的遗传差异,为优良家系的选择提供了可行性。根据参试家系树高、胸径及材积均显著大于CK1、CK3初选出10个优良家系,其中21号家系树高、胸径及材积遗传增益均最高,分别为11.61%、9.78%及36.99%。
45 half-sib families,cuttings clones(CK1),first-generation mixed lines(CK2)and third-generation mixed lines(CK3)of the progeny test forest of the first-generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata in southern Jiangxi province were studied.The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height,diameter at breast height and volume,and there were significant genetic differences among the growth traits.The height,diameter at breast height and volume of 10 families were significantly higher than those of CK1 and CK3.The genetic gain of height,diameter at breast height and volume of family 21 was the highest,11.61%,9.78%and 36.99%respectively.
