33个白杨派无性系综合评价和选择

摘要 对白杨派无性系进行造林试验,通过多性状综合评价选育出优良无性系。以白杨派的33个无性系为试验材料,采用完全随机区组试验设计进行田间试验,测定5年生试验林内各个无性系的胸径、树高、材积、树干通直度等性状,对数据进行遗传变异分析、方差分析、多重比较、主成分分析等,选出综合性状优良的无性系。结果显示,无性系的各个性状存在广泛变异,胸径、树高、材积、树干通直度的变幅分别为7.0~13.6 cm、8.1~13.5 m、0.0111~0.0846 m^(3)、0个~1.6个,变异系数分别是16.5%、11.7%、37.9%、87.0%,重复力分别为0.676、0.645、0.743和0.722,无性系间存在的变异主要受遗传控制。通过多重比较和主成分分析选出5个优良无性系:8、02-8-21、220、15和1316,具有速生、干直等优良特性,材积分别超过对照窄冠白杨3号141.6%、120.9%、109.5%、108.1%、105.8%,分别超过对照LM50杨81.9%、66.2%、57.7%、56.6%、54.9%,遗传增益分别是60.9%、49.2%、42.8%、42.0%、40.7%。无性系02-8-21、220、15和1316均为雄株,无性系8号为雌株。 Afforestation experiments were carried out on Leuce clones,and excellent clones were selected through comprehensive evaluation of multiple characters.Thirty-three clones of Leuce were selected as experimental materials,and a completely randomized block experiment was designed to conduct a field experiment.The characteristics of DBH,height,volume and straightness of trunk of each clone in the 5-year old experimental forest were measured.The data were analyzed by genetic variation,variance analysis,multiple comparison and principal component analysis,and the clones with excellent comprehensive characteristics were selected.The results showed that there was a wide range of variation in each character of the clones.The DBH,height,volume and straightness of the clones ranged from 7.0 cm~13.6 cm,8.1 m~13.5 m,0.0111 m^(3)~0.0846 m^(3),0~1.6,respectively.The coefficient of variation was 16.5%,11.7%,37.9%,87.0%,and the repeatability was 0.676,0.645,0.743,and 0.722,respectively.The variation among clones was mainly controlled by heredity.Five excellent clones were selected by multiple comparison and principal component analysis.The five excellent clones were 8,02-8-21,220,15 and 1316,with rapid growth and straight trunk,the volume of wood was 141.6%,120.9%,109.5%,108.1%,105.8%higher than the control narrow-crown poplar No.3,respectively,and 81.9%,66.2%,57.7%,56.6%,54.9%higher than the control LM50,respectively.The genetic gain was 60.9%,49.2%,42.8%,42.0%and 40.7%,respectively.Clones 02-8-21,220,15 and 1316 were all male,and clone 8 was female.
