摘要
本文针对一款A00级电动汽车的驱动系统集成化需求开发了一体化二合一电驱动总成系统,详细介绍了该二合一电驱动总成的结构设计方案,并重点分析了该二合一电驱动总成系统的冷却系统设计方案,并通过有限元热仿真分析的手段研究了该二合一电驱动总成系统的热分布,最后对该总成制作了样机,并进行了台架测试,测试结果表明,本文所设计的二合一电驱动总成系统具有优越的控制性能。
For the drive system integration requirements of an A00-class electric vehicle,a two-in-one electric drive assembly system is developed in this paper,The structure design scheme of the two-in-one electric drive assembly was introduced in detail,and the two-in-one cooling system design scheme of the assembly system was analyzed,and the heat distribution of the two-in-one electric drive assembly system was studied by the means of finite element thermal simulation analysis.Finally,a prototype of the assembly was made and the bench test was carried out.The test results showed that the two-in-one electric drive assembly system designed in this paper has a superior control performance.
