一种自然冷却驱动电机控制器研究

Research on a Natural Cooling Driving Motor Controller

摘要 基于客户对小型代步电动汽车低成本的需求,设计了一种适用于该车型的驱动电机控制器,阐述了控制器的结构设计方案,并介绍了该控制器的MOS管并联方案。针对电机控制器的散热需求设计了相应的自然冷却结构,并通过热仿真研究了控制器的热分布情况。最后制造样机并进行了台架测试,试验结果表明,本文所设计的驱动电机控制器具有良好的输出性能,散热结构能够满足控制器的散热需求。 Based on the customer's demand for low-cost small mobility electric vehicles,a drive motor controller suitable for this model is designed,the structure design scheme of the controller is explained,and the MOS tube parallel scheme of the controller is introduced.According to the heat dissipation requirements of the motor controller,the corresponding natural cooling structure is designed,and the heat distribution of the controller is studied through thermal simulation.Finally,the prototype was manufactured and the bench test was carried out.The test results show that the drive motor controller designed in this paper has good output performance,and the heat dissipation structure can meet the heat dissipation requirements of the controller.
