摘要
该文采用LECO LM700AT显微硬度计,测试陶瓷刚玉的显微硬度。通过直接评定法对陶瓷刚玉的显微硬度结果进行不确定度评定,并建立数学模型,分别计算不同因素对测试结果影响的不确定度。经分析可知:压痕对角线的测量误差是影响陶瓷刚玉显微硬度测量的主要因素;陶瓷刚玉显微硬度值随试验力的增大而减小。试验力为1.96、2.94、4.90 N时检测结果分别为(1986±138)HV0.2、(1857±102)HV0.3、(1854±77)HV0.5。此次试验可以为刚玉类磨料的显微硬度不确定度评定提供新方法及参考依据,使得显微硬度测试更加科学、规范。
The micro-hardness of ceramic alumina is tested by using the LECO LM700AT microhardness tester in this paper.The uncertainty of micro-hardness for ceramic alumina is evaluated by using the direct evaluation method,and the mathematical model is established to calculate the uncertainty of different factors on the test results.The results show that the main factor affecting the microhardness of ceramic alumina is the measurement error of indentation diagonal;the microhardness value of the ceramic alumina decreases with the increase of the test force.When the test force is 1.96,2.94 and 4.90 N,the results are(1986±138)HV0.2,(1857±102)HV0.3 and(1854±77)HV0.5 respectively.The test can provide a new method and reference basis for evaluation of the microhardness uncertainty of ceramic alumina and make the microhardness test more scientific and standardized.
