摘要
该文重点对某型飞机舱门驱动系统CFRP传动轴的强度进行仿真分析。碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)传动轴与金属花键接头采用胶层+销钉连接形式,连接区域是传动轴的薄弱环节,利用CATIA软件建立复合材料传动轴分析模型,并用ABAQUS分析传动轴静载扭矩加载失效过程,采用Hashin失效准则作为CFRP传动轴纤维和树脂基体破坏准则,通过与CFRP传动轴静载扭转试验结果对比发现,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
In this article,strength of the CFRP drive shaft of a certain aircraft hatch driving system is simulated and analyzed.The carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)shaft and the metal spline joint are connected by a form of glue layer+pin,and the connection area is the weakest part of the shaft.The analysis model of the composite transmission shaft is established by using the CATIA software,and the static torque loading failure process is analyzed by using ABAQUS.The Hashin failure criterion is adopted as the failure criteria to the fiber and matrix of CFRP transmission shaft.Through comparing with the static load torsion test results of CFRP shaft,the calculated results in this paper are in good agreement with the test results.
