摘要
针对垃圾电厂锅炉烟道内部附着物对锅炉正常运行造成不利影响的问题,以及因不同特性的附着物在烟道内部堆积部位的不确定性而导致无法有针对性地制订防护方案的问题,该文采用仿真计算方法,在定常计算条件下,配合标准k-ε湍流方程及SIMPLEC算法,对锅炉设计工况下的锅炉烟道内部烟气的主要有害成分(灰分、多氯二苯并对二恶英、多氯二苯并呋喃)的分布情况进行计算分析。并且在计算烟道内部流场速、压力分布特性的基础上,分析了烟气主要成分在烟道不同位置的分布情况。该研究可为检修人员制定进入烟道内部工作时的防护方案提供理论依据。
The attachments inside the flue of boiler in the garbage power plant will cause adverse effects on the normal operation of the boiler;and the uncertainty of accumulation position of attachments with different characteristics in the internal flue makes it impossible to formulate a targeted protection plan.In this paper,the internal flow of the boiler flue in the waste power plant is taken as the research object;under the constant calculation conditions,distribution of the main harmful components in flue gas inside the boiler of waste-to-energy power plant is calculated and analyzed through adopting the simulation calculation method,the standard k-εturbulence equation and the SIMPLEC algorithm under the boiler design conditions.Based on calculation of the flow velocity and pressure distribution characteristics,distribution of the main flue gas components in different locations of the flue is analyzed.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the inspection and maintenance personnel to formulate the protection plan when entering the internal flue.
