摘要 如今对船用大型门式起重机的改造项目不断增多,对其进行改造优化的研究意义越来越重要。该文以加长主梁后的400 t门式起重机作为研究对象,依托ANSYS分析软件建立了整机概念模型,并进行了静力学分析,得到了门式起重机在满载条件下的整体等效应力、整体总变形、主梁的下扰、刚性腿的变形情况,并得到了以下结论:在整机400 t满载的情况下,等效应力最大的位置在跨中,最大应力为129 MPa;整机最大变形为171 mm,位置在主梁跨中;满载情况下的主梁下扰为103.4 mm;满载情况下的刚性腿变形为125.6 mm;改造后的门式起重机强度、刚度经校核均满足使用要求。 The number of reconstruction projects for large marine gantry cranes is increasing,and the research on its reconstruction structure is of great significance.In this paper,the 400t gantry crane after lengthening the main beam is taken as the research object,the conceptual model of the whole machine is established based on the ANSYS analysis software,and the statics analysis is carried out to obtain the overall equivalent stress,the overall total deformation,the lower disturbance of the main beam and deformation of the rigid legs of the gantry crane under full load.It is concluded that when the whole machine is fully loaded with 400 t,position of the maximum equivalent stress is in the middle of the span,and the maximum stress is 129 MPa;the maximum deformation of the whole machine is 171mm,the position is in the middle of the span of the main girder;the down disturbance of the main girder under full load is 103.4 mm;the rigid leg deformation under full load is 125.6 mm.The strength and stiffness of the transformed gantry crane meet the requirements after checking.
