摘要
空压机是综合性医院的重要医疗设备,为保障患者的生命安全,需要保证医院空压机系统的正常供气。该文分析了空压机系统的结构原理和供气机理,从空压机储气罐增容、改自启动模式、增加UPS备用电源、增加空压机组数量、调整压力报警值等五个方向提出了空压机系统的供气优化措施,并分析了各个优化措施的特点。实验结果表明,供气优化措施可以增加空压机的可持续供气时间,提高空压机的供气保障。所提的空压机供气优化可以作为医院空压机系统优化设计的理论依据。
In order to guarantee the life safety of patients,it is necessary to ensure the normal air supply from the air compressor system in the hospital,which is equipped with a compressed air ventilator and other medical equipment.In this article,the structural principle and air supply mechanism of the air compressor system are analyzed,and the air supply optimization measures of the air compressor system are proposed in five directions,including increasing the capacity of the air compressor storage tank,changing the self-start mode,increasing the UPS backup power supply,increasing the number of air compressor groups,and adjusting the pressure alarm value;and characteristics of each optimization measure are analyzed.The experimental results show that the air supply optimization measures can increase the sustainable air supply time and improve the air supply guarantee of the air compressor.The proposed air supply optimization can be used as the theoretical basis for the optimal design of hospital air compressor systems.
